I agree with you of course, and I'm glad to hear that you are now watching Smallville. You know a lot of people hate on Smallville. I know that it's not a perfect show, and there are some continuity problems, however over all the show is great. Most importantly Tom Welling is great and really shows why he should be Superman. I like what you said about his facial expressions, I know exactly what you are talking about, I have seen it too, and I know the Smallville hating, Tom Welling hating people out there haven't seen it, because most if not all of them have seen little to none of the show.
I don't mean to be obstinate but I still want Routh as Superman. I just have something against recasting. Besides, Smallville tries too hard to appeal to a teen demographic and it just doesn't do right by the character of Superman. Tom Welling to me would ruin the movie. At least make one more movie with Routh and maybe then recast but not now....
